RMA eStatement Studies

RMA or Robert Morris Associates/Risk Management Association has created quite an online database.  Yes, once there was a time when students needed to visit the library to gather industry-wide data.  Actually, it really wasn't all that long ago. 

Old Westbury Library recently acquired "RMA eStatement Studies" which makes searching for industry data much easier.  Simply type in a NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code and search.  Industries may also be browsed.  To locate NAICS codes, try searching for an individual business through the "Business & Company Resource Center" or "Mergent" then use those codes to look up industry averages through RMA.  Here's a quick link to the RMA database:
