What it Takes to Land a Decent Job Fresh Out of School

Are you curious what it takes to land a good job after graduating from college?  It turns out that it isn't rocket science (unless that's your major!).  According to this recent Wall Street Journal article, researchers found that there were two crucial elements:
1.  Getting good grades.
2.  Landing some internships while you're in school.
