Wikipedia and Research

There's a great article in the Chronicle on Wikipedia:
http://chronicle.com/article/The-Undue-Weight-of-Truth-on/130704/

Here we have a researcher who has strong ideas on the Haymarket Riot.  He spends years researching the event and his books get published by well-regarded academic publishers.  Sometimes the hardest part is getting Wikipedia to acknowledge new research in an area.  This is a good example of such an event.  Think about that the next time you read a Wikipedia article.  Until next time, catch me in the library.
