Selling Hotel Reservations

Greetings,
In a world where people can sell restaurant reservations, one new trend is selling hotel reservations:

I find this fascinating.  All of a sudden, consumers have additional options to sell hotel rooms.  If you can't cancel a reservation, it's one way to get some of your money back on a hotel room that would otherwise go unused.
