Automation and the Labor Market

According to this Marketplace Report, approximately 20 percent of all positions will be replaced by automation in the next decade:

That's quite a few jobs.  This article highlights challenges women and men face in this new technological era.  I have mixed opinions about the article.  They mention the number of coders today based on gender.  But those are today's numbers!  Who knows where things will be in another decade or so?  We live in a world of rapid change and that's one variable that makes predictions so hard to make.
