Library Instruction and Ebrary Access

Classes are starting up again. As a librarian, I'm more than happy to help out with library instruction for any classes this semester. You can learn about databases, books, citing resources, and how to locate information. Please feel free to contact me if interested.

Secondly, Ebrary is one excellent database. We purchased it last semester. Now all 50,000 or so Ebrary books are available through OWLCat. Essentially, it's one-stop shopping. Go to OWLCat and you'll get all the books available at Old Westbury Library.

Finally, the Super Bowl was a bit of a downer for one former Pittsburgher. No worries. There will be a better day. Besides, that Chrysler ad was almost artistic.

Until next time, catch me in the library.
