Smartest Ways to Use Email at Work

According to a recent Wall Street Journal article, many organizations and people may be misusing email:

Findings include suggestions to avoid sending emails out during off-business hours.  It turns out that sending emails out at late hours, early in the morning, or on days off seldom increases workplace productivity.  In fact, it could be a detriment.  For one thing, if people aren't checking their emails at those hours, it may not end up at the top of their list.  All in all, there's some food for thought in this recent article.  Until next time, catch me in the library.
