Mark Cuban notes the importance of paying your credit card balances off in full and staying out of debt.  In addition to being the owner of the Dallas Mavericks, it's worth noting that Mark Cuban is a billionaire.  Yes, Mr. Cuban has made a lot of money and he isn't afraid to talk about the importance of saving.  Last month, I blogged about Russell Simmons.  Here you have two successful individuals who both stress the importance of financial knowledge.  The information is out there.  If you can learn from Cuban and Simmons, it can help with financial literacy and planning.

Welcome Back!

Greetings,
It's the start of another fall semester at SUNY-College at Old Westbury.  The campus is full of activity and Old Westbury Library has a newly renovated space.  Actually, today is our first full day in our new space.  We're still in the same physical location but the library has new furniture, book shelves, and more.  If you're on-campus, it's definitely worth checking out.
