Teens, Smartphones, and Drugs

The New York Times recently published an interesting article on teenagers and lower drug usage statistics:

While researchers aren't exactly sure why drug usage is going down among young adults, one possibility is that the use of smartphones and other technology might be lowering drug use.  More research is needed.  Nonetheless, the data looks promising.
