Summer Intern Pay

Greetings,
A recent Federal court case in New York suggests that employers may have to pay their interns:

This is a big change.  Often employers have been able to cite the educational nature of internship experiences.  It's possible that going forward things could be a bit different.  Until next time, catch me in the library.
